Jades Cafe is a group that focuses on mental health and the community, our main focus is our people! We strive to make our server the most welcoming, and kindhearted. It was founded by Nessa and made into a cafe to bring everyone together! I made the server as a way to contact someone for help, or vent. I have gone through multiple experiences with mental health, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through. Mental illness is a serve problem for young teens to young adults, I believe it is not talked about enough. I am not an expert in mental health, nor do I claim to be a therapist. I am merely suggesting the fact that nearly all Americans have faced mental illness. The reason I chose to make this server based off the color green: It is proven that sage green helps with calming, and helping people feel peaceful. My goal for this group is to help all ages with their mental health and issues they may be struggling with.
