Here are some things I need to mention: Build Perms: Only the owner, Co Owners, and builders. Save perms: Only the Owner and CO Owners. Train Perms: You must attend training and get your Railroading License. Railroading Handbook: -In our group, an Artent is a history of in game consequences. -Follow the Sign Handbook, Located at the "Sign Handbook" area in SpartsBurg, near the Autorack Area. -You can only spawn a Engine, no rail cars unless its a seat car, or passenger train. -Only spawn an engine at a rail yard, Industry, or train station.
