Description

The MOD's principal objectives are to defend the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and its interests and to strengthen international peace and stability. The MOD does not foresee any short-term conventional military threat; instead, it has identified weapons of mass destruction, international Terror and failed and failing states as the overriding threats to Britain's interests. The MOD also manages the day-to-day running of the armed forces, contingency planning, and defense procurement.

Growth

Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
