Description
Lore: It was 1936, and all was well. It was a beautiful, summers day and Anne and Adeline were playing outside on the pavement, using chalk to decorate their area. There were sounds of children's laughter all around. It was a beautiful day. But, alas, danger struck. Suddenly, fire, fire, fire was everywhere. Anne and Adeline abruptly stood up and ran towards the road, all the while hearing their parents screams of pain. They watched, silent tears running down their face while neighbours gripped their shoulders and tried to pull them away. The year was now 1947. Anne and Adeline were now all grown up. Although they enjoyed their lives, they were both suffering but none knew about each others obstacles, only their own. Anne had 'mood swings' while Adeline suffered from insomnia. They were all reactions to the trauma they had experienced together. Their neighbour was suspicous, Adeline saw monsters, Anne had a terrible cough and they had lost a life friend. Dark things were coming...
