This alliance is unstable since they wasn't able to agree on leadership and still remaining past ambitons of great povers like USA, Russia and China to conquer other human states, But everyone know that if they will fight each other they'll be coquerd by other species soo luckelly rater cooperate and hellping each other than fight for rule on earth. Because everyone was want to be leader, there wasn't posible to choose one, soo every country lead it's ow space vessels and if they up for mission what they can't make allone. They need to suggest other nation or nations to send them hellp.
