Hii!! This group is for staffs+ of Crystal Clan 🤍 RULES: - Attend when you’re able to (2-3 times a week). - Check this group every day to stay updated. - If you notice that the shout hasn’t been posted in the main group, you may post one. - When you’re available, make sure to host when other staffs (including cryst) can’t. - You may host before and after 7 pm EEST, but make sure to inform Cryst about it. - Try to be active and offer help. - being inactive for a week/2 weeks without notice will result in a demotion. If you have any questions, feel free to ask Cryst. STAFF POINT SYSTEM: - shout: 1 point - attend a hosting: 2 points - help out (roles, auds, checks, etc.): 3 points 25 points are needed for each promotion. 40 points are needed to be promoted to lead management.
