The Foundation seeks to research and contain said anomalies, entities for the sake of there own benefit as well as for global ethical and moral powers to stay in a place of stable reality. || ||Although the O.S.R.I.C. Foundation protects humanity, within the organization key items such as Human Rights, Basic Ethics, and Morals are thrown out the window. ||
