━━━ Terraism is an ideology that emphasizes community engagement above all, but not totally excluding, other forms of leadership principles that is necessary for the functionality of a ROBLOX group. In theory, community engagement on the part of the leader of the group will be the key determining factor of the group's success, not the development or amount of money that a group can obtain. It is the group leader's responsibility to actively and continuously provide/interact with their community, while being there themselves, with activities that allows for any sort of interaction. While this is widely known already by leaders across ROBLOX, the difference is that the leader mustn't symbolically separate himself by rank to establish a magisterial hierarchy whose group only benefits those on the HRs. The leader must implant themselves amongst their community without patronizingly leading, finding a balance between leadership and providing the best entertainment to the community. ━━━
