Description

The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation who simply "store" their SCPs, would like to utilize the artifacts, as weapons, tools, equipment and torture devices. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation by conducting frequent raids in an attempt to unleash several Euclid and Keter class SCPs and to rescue Class-D Personnel from their grasps. The Chaos Insurgency has access to a more limited amount of "Assets" than the Foundation, but are more willing to use them without restriction. Due to recent events within the Insurgency, multiple departments have been formed and a new system has been put in place. The Chaos Insurgency creates "logic out of the illogical" much like the Foundation does, almost making The Chaos Insurgency a "second Foundation", the only key difference's being their ideologies and beliefs.
