:|SCPF|: Chaos Insurgency #15843615
Description
The Chaos Insurgency is a splinter-cell organization comprised of former Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 members who defected from the Foundation in an attempt to destroy it. Their reasoning is mostly unknown, but it is speculated that the motive behind their attacks is either an attempt to restore the former ways of the Foundation or to set free the anomalies it has in its possession to roam the Earth once more.
