This is the staff group of SunflowerClan! Here we talk about the group and your jobs. Rank ups: If a staff of any sort goes above and beyond, they will certainly be asked to be a head role. The staff may decline of course. There will be no applying for head roles. Managers: they are responsible for hosting rps and malls. They should monitor the group and be active daily. Head Staff: should be helpful to other members and help the other staff/trainees stay in check. Host, advertise, QOTDS. Staff: all staff should be able to do QOTDS, and help monitor the group, to make sure there is no toxic people. As well as advertise and host. Trainees: trainees must be patient and respectful to any higher role. If any trainee asked to get their actual role, that will result in demotion. They may not host malls, but may help. They may host rps. They gain exp by joining malls.
