四川航空股份有限公司航空公司 四川航空股份有限公司（Sichu## ##rlines，简称“川航”）的前身是四川航空公司，该公司成立于1986年9月19日，1988年7月14日正式开航营运。 四川航空集团有限责任公司成立于2002年8月29日，四川航空集团有限责任公司持有四川航空股份有限公司40%的股份，为第一大股东；其他股东分别为中国南方航空、中国东方航空、山东航空、成都银杏金阁投资有限公司。川航总部设在四川成都双流国际机场，为中国国内最大的全空客机队航空公司。除成都总部以外，川航已设有重庆、云南、北京、浙江、黑龙江、陕西、海南、新疆、西昌、天津、南宁、深圳、绵阳等分公司、基地，形成覆盖全国80多个大中城市的航线网络布局。航线从最初的7条发展到200多条，并已开通温哥华、墨尔本、悉尼、莫斯科、迪拜、东京、大阪、新加坡、布拉格、洛杉矶、奥克兰、圣彼得堡、苏黎世、特拉维夫、开罗、哥本哈根、伊斯坦布尔、罗马、赫尔辛基等国际航线，形成了国内主次#线、支线网络与国际地区航线的有机组合。
