SOUTHWEST FLORIDA/PACIFICO 2 BASED CRIMINAL RACING GROUP The Underground Racing Syndicate, known as URS for short, is a group designed to hold professionally-ran street races. We have groups of criminals who actively recruit people who want to join the URS, and our Blackout Crew who helps organize the races. We're looking to keep street racing alive in Pacifico and SWFL and fight off the police who attempt to shut it down. Join the URS server in the top-right corner for more information.
