Description
𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 "𝑶𝒓𝒅𝒐 𝑬𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒔" From the earliest times and throughout the Roman Republic, Equestrians subscribed, in their role as Roman cavalrymen, to an ethos of personal heroism and glory. This was motivated by the desire to justify their privileged status to the lower classes that provided the infantry ranks, to enhance the renown of their family.
