It is consisting of The Urban States and The Californian States. Organisations include Grunting Bison Corps and Exenon Alliance. Everyone should be sleeping by 22:00 to prevent nightlife and crimes. Californian States: Not strict. You cannot leave. Exenon Alliance: A alliance of Ex-Mercenaries and Militas with few Vizonians. Grunting Bisons: A group of Militias that fight for freedom and cause terror in cities.
