The New Rikterian Order or simply The NRO serves as the main display of power of the Rikterian Dynasty. The NRO is in charge of maintaining loyalty in Dynasty operated groups, in the Dynasty itself, monitoring and developing ‘Rikterianism’ in all community related groups, and furthermore spearheading a Golden Era of Rikterianism. The NRO is the successor organization to the Grand Ricxhterian Order, People’s Ricxhterian Front and National-Ricxhter Party. Ave Aleczaender
