Description
The Kingdom of Belgium created the Guide Regiment in 1866, In 1870 the 1st Guide Regiment was used during the Franko Prussian war for reconnaissance along the French-Belgian border. During World War 1 this regiment also performed a successful cavalry charge, near the end of the war. And gained a reputation in the famous Battle of Haelen, where it was apart of the destroying of the German elite cavalry. CO: Dropfrayter
