-PAY- Firstly, Employees at Sams's diner are paid a minimum of Bloxburg cash every Bloxburg week. In addition, Your manager has the authority to change your pay, if they believe you have been working hard, or slacking off. If the manager pays TOO low and HR finds this unfair or an issue, the manager will be returned to the ”Trainee” role. However, if the Owner considers that the HR is unfairly firing managers or decreasing roles, their positions will also decrease. Secondly, all employees can receive raises; if you receive the most raises out of all other employees, your pay will increase to 3k for a Bloxburg week. (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THAT WE DO HAVE A POLICY UNLIKE MOST BLOXBURG RESTAURANT GROUPS, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS POLICY. IF YOU ARE NOT FOUND FOLLOWING THIS POLICY, YOU WILL BE EITHER RE-TRAINED OR FIRED FROM THE DINER )
