The Internal Affairs division is the supervising division they get to boss around people, Supervise trainings and tryouts without permission. IA also get's to boss around everyone expect for majors+ IA has the permission to deny a officer training done by the TEA division they have they permission to blacklist someone off a division if they have proof of them doing something bad.
