Our duty as the The Royal Grenadier Guards we are a very senior infantry regiment in the British Army. Fast and mobile, they specialise in Light Role Infantry operations, often using light vehicles such as quad bikes to get around. They are ready to deploy anywhere in the world at short notice. The Grenadier Guards are also an elite British Army infantry regiment who are world famous for the tunics and bearskins hats that they wear, and they can often be seen guarding Buckingham Palace.
