The Scientific Department... ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Widely regarded within the Foundation as the brightest brains of mankind, The Scientific Department (Abbreviation: ScD) are the ones that handle the research of anomalous entities that the Foundation has captured. In some instances, the Scientific Department can and will deploy into the field to research and help create containment procedures for anomalies in the field.
