𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒚𝒂𝒍 𝑭𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒑𝒔 "𝑷𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒓𝒅𝒖𝒂 𝒂𝒅 𝑨𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂!" 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 was officially created by an act of royal warrant from His Majesty during the early years of the 20th Century. Envisioned to be a military asset by the Committee of Imperial Defence, the Royal Flying Corps was originally established with a few aeroplanes and manned balloons. In time, with the outbreak of World War I, the Royal Flying Corps would grow from an experiment to one of the most proven divisions of the British Army, fielding great mythological aces like James McCudden.
