HOW TO RANK UP You need to attend a standard training until you're Lance Corporal, once you're lance corporal you have to join a regiment to bypass this max standard trainings system. HOW TO HOST TRAININGS To host trainings, you must pass the ETS interview, pass the 2 phases, after that you need to get supervised by Senior Drill Instructor+, if you're a good host you will be able to host trainings yourself.
