REGARRA was originally founded as Delta Security Corporation back in 2021 under the user Viumlok. Since then, we have had multiple renditions and many trials and errors. We are now proud to launch our first conceptual group. (Soon to change.) As a non‑PMC enterprise, REGARRA prioritizes regulated contracting, continuity of operations, and long‑horizon stability over force‑for‑hire deployment. Our mission is to advance security innovation through engineered systems, autonomous platforms, and academically grounded analysis, establishing a predictable, accountable framework that distinguishes us from conventional mercenary organizations.
