🏴British Army🏴 The British army during the Victorian era was embroiled in many colonial conflicts, the army saw colonial victory after colonial victory while manoeuvring to out-do her colonial competitors in Africa and Asia. She saw great conflicts in India, Afghanistan and South Africa where it all came to a grand halt with the South African Dutch farmers who would put up a fight of great resistance towards the end of Victoria's reign, this was succeeded by the Great War hardly a decade later.
