Hello and welcome to Dipartimento di Stato (for short.) A Ro-mob group designed to put an end to those who are mafia members in the states. We do not whack, but instead arrest those who are associated with mafias in our states. We do murder but we do not kill it a whack. Instead we call it a Arresto. We are a Italian Force, but we are designed to arrest those from state mafias. A Mafiosi Protetti is a mobster in the States who is protected by the law and is free to commit any crime. If they are mistaken for a unprotected mobster, they shall tell us and we will declare the arresto is invalid. In return for protection, they must give us any footage of them "whacking" a wanted mobster from the states. We will then declare the footage an arresto. But, if a protected mobster is to commit over 1OO crimes in a week in America, their protection will be relinquished.
