FEDERAL DISASTER RESPONSE AGENCY 2023 After FEDRA took over the United States government during the initial outbreak of the Cordyceps Brain Infection in 2013, uninfected evacuees were hustled into giant walled off quarantine zones in most major American cities. As hope for a cure began to dwindle, so did the tolerance of citizens in these zones for the harsh military rule under FEDRA. As rations began to dwindle, insurgent groups and riots broke out across the quarantine zones with FEDRA losing control of many. In a last ditch effort to put a halt to ration riots, FEDRA has began sending out troops to uncontrolled but fruitful cropland.
