United States Navy Master-at-Arms "Where Training Breeds Confidence" The USN MAA is primarily in charge of base security and providing law enforcement services while on base. This existence of the Master-at-Arms has originated back since the very establishment of the Navy itself. All members of the USN MAA are trained to be law enforcement officers and harbingers of justice. Entry: Tryout or invitation.
