Description
The Court of Owls is a secondary branch of a secretive organisation not even known to the most influential governments and groups. They pull the strings of the world, sitting in silence and judge those who've consider themselves above the law; handing out verdicts with malice and leaving no traces of the convicted behind. Utilising their own military they are a threat to behold against those that oppose them. Survivors never last long and those that find out about its existence keep silent in fear, never ushering a single word. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Court of Owls is the Civil Branch that is handpicked by the court itself, new individuals wishing to join must prove loyalty by volunteering to be part of the military branch.
