Seeking to expand civil rights, universal suffrage and equality before the law while also empowering the elected legislature and weakening the influence of the Church, the UNF is at the forefront of the French liberal cause, endeavouring to turn France into the paragon of virtuous constitutional monarchy, to reform France into a truly democratic and liberal Empire!
