Ministers not only have their own ministry dedicated to their respective title, but also play an important rule of enforcing the law through decrees and laws. But the countless governmental workers are an even bigger factor to the government. They are in charge of guarding governmental buildings, writing state newspapers, and assisting the making of decrees. The government is one of the most important branches of the State and oversees all other branches.
