US Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 "The Pioneers" Founded: 10/28/22 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 (NMCB 4) is a Navy Seabee battalion homeported at Port Hueneme, California. Nicknamed the "Pioneers", it is the first of the many CBs created after the original three.
