Description
The 2nd Army District was established during a period of internal instability within the Tsardom, when unrest along the frontier and growing threats from rival powers demanded a permanent, disciplined military presence. Formed by decree of the Tsar, the District was tasked with one purpose: To stand as the unbreakable shield of the realm’s heartland. Unlike elite guard formations stationed near the capital, the 2nd Army District was forged in the provinces, where conditions were harsh, supplies uncertain, and enemies unpredictable. Its soldiers were not born into prestige, they earned it.
