-Welcome to Brighter Days Ahead Clinic- About me+group For those who don't know my name is Raye and I made this group for multiple different reasons but the main one is I have been experiencing hard times lately and people have dark times/moments so my goal for this group is to make people's dark days brighter. Me and my team are not trained therapist but we are confident we can help you with any problem you may be facing. This group is heavily inspired by Arianas albums "eternal sunshine: brighter days ahead" (highly recommend) so much thanks to her. Rules - no judging someone's situation/opinion - No bullying or drama - No advertising (Violation of the rules will result in a ban) Activities/Extras - group therapy+ game sessions (coming soon) - new shouts (with an inspirational song and mental health fact) every 3 days - giveaways Be sure to follow me for future giveaways "If you are having dark days just think about all the brighter days ahead"- your eternal sunshine
