The Bureau of Internal Surveillance is a governmental subsidiary of the Whitehorse Society. The Bureau of Internal Surveillance, known colloquially as the "Berzer," is the official national security service of the Whitehorse Society dedicated to the defense of Whitehorse Society members from internal dissidents and anti-Whitehorse criminals trying to enforce their hateful philosophies within the Whitehorse Society.
