THESE RULES ARE NOT THE GAME RULES JUST MINE FOLLOWED MY RANKS. Ranks: Spectator: They can attend trainings or just watch building Beginner: Able to drive trains with X cars max. Average: Able to drive trains with Triple the amount of cars max. Engineer: no train car limit, able to drive any train. Builder: Able to build and drive trains. Assistant Supervisor: able to supervise people, but can not load the map. Supervisor: can load the map while I'm gone, and supervise other people. However, they can not host trainings!
