Description
The Council of Blood is a secret society of the supernatural, comprised entirely of members of the major bloodlines. Founded by a de Hexe scholar during the First Inquisition to combat the growing threat of witch hunters, it has since grown to rule over the other Councils of the world, to hide the existence of the supernatural from mortals, and to serve as a bond between the bloodlines.
