Description
A small line created by CaptALfalgar, aka Capt. The main purpose of this line is to make my dream line come true. The Red Star Line was founded in 1870 in Belfast by two brothers. The line until 1874 had essentially no ships except a few small mail boats. They bought the blueprints and converted the yacht to passenger service. On the Yarrow shipyard 1876, the keel of the first ship, the first ship was laid at the Jarrow shipyard. At this time the vessel was undergoing sea trials and her first voyage was scheduled for the 26th of this year. A small line created by CaptALfalgar, aka Capt.
