Description
November 13th, 1892 in Ohio the Ann Arbor railroad established the Carferry service route from Frankfort to the busy ports of Wisconsin with there first vessel Ann Arbor No. 1 Launched in 1892 with the captivity of 24 cars and then the company expanded to other ports of call and then they were the strongest ferries and icebreakers of Lake Michigan of its time from Ann Arbor No. 4 then the rest on were the most luxurious ferries of its time.
