Description

"Protect & Serve." SCPD is not functioning as a police department yet and is still undergoing changes. The Seacrest County Police Department is a law enforcement agency that upholds the values of justice and the apprehension of criminals at all costs. Functioning as a Police Department in the outskirts of Palmont, they have divisions like Speed Enforcement to stop racers from wrecking havoc on the streets of the Tri-City Bay.
