Description
The primary mission of the 118th Infantry Division is to engage the enemy in direct combat and seize and hold ground. It is the division's responsibility to advance into hostile territory, secure key objectives, and establish a foothold for further operations. This often involves conducting offensive operations to assault enemy positions, clear enemy-held areas, and neutralize hostile forces. Conversely, the infantry division can also defend strategically significant locations, repel enemy attacks, and provide security to vital installations.
