𝟔𝟎𝐓𝐇 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐎𝐎𝐓 The 60th Regiment of Foot, also referred to as the "Royal Americans", was formed in 1750 during the Seven Years War. The regiment primarily took part in combat in the southern colonies of Georgia and South Carolina, where it notably captured the regimental colours of the South Carolina Regiment. 𝐄𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 Conscription.
