Description

特別任務連(官方#稱特警隊;英語:Special Duties Unit,縮寫为SDU;綽號:飛虎隊/Flying Tigers)於1974年7月23日成立,隸屬於香港警務處行動處行動部警察機動部隊總部,為香港第一支準軍事化特種警察部隊。主要責任為處理高危險性罪案、拯救人質、反恐、要員保護、偵測、搜索、執行水底(包括水底搜索、跟蹤、蒐證及潛水拯救等)、空中及特別行動,並且於災難中提供緊急醫療服務等。
