[!] The External Research Academy is a sub-division of R&SD whose goal is to investigate and study anomalous objects or entities for the sake of Marshall and Carter & Dark and to better understand their origins. [!] Currently the E.R.A is affilating itself with other scientifical departments or groups to further advance in the field of research and also to increase the cooperation with other allied groups of interests. You can only join this division by being a member of the R&SD.
