EST. 2022 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠: Reformist Contigent, Technocratic ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐄: After narrowly escaping the destruction of the Oil Rig, a group of Enclave remnants made their way to Sierra Depot, led by the capable Sergeant Arch Dornan. As more remnants showed up, the group struggled with disorganization and lack of concrete leadership, prompting Dornan to resign and nominate the former Enclave scientist Franklin A. to take over. He established a technocratic system of leadership, selecting leaders based on their expertise in scientific or technical knowledge, which propelled the Enclave's expansion, utilizing advanced knowledge and technology to control and expand their territories. Today, under the leadership of the formidable Director L.
