Description

Situated in a valley surrounded by treacherous mountainsides, Ridgeway was duly named after its convenient location for travelers on the Oregon Trail who had grown fatigued or ill. Because of the region's fertile lands, abundant resources, and economic location, Ridgeway became known as the gateway to the West. Not to be confused with a real life county / state.

Growth

2 measurements spanning 59 days, net +1. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 164–165 and does not start at zero.
