The Legions of the Sun Guard form the backbone of the organization’s military might. Each legion is an autonomous unit, typically composed of 20–40 highly trained warriors. Although they operate with considerable independence, each legion is led by a Stellar Tribune, whose tactical expertise and leadership ensure that the unit remains both cohesive and formidable. ▬ In the hierarchical structure of the Sun Guard, 2–4 legions are grouped under the oversight of a Twisuns Legate, the first official rank of the Officer Corps. The Legate coordinates efforts among their assigned legions, ensuring that their individual operations align with the broader objectives of the Sun Guard. However, regardless of the intermediate chain of command, every legion ultimately reports to the Supreme Sun Guardian—the highest authority, responsible for the overall vision, discipline, and strategic direction of the Sun Guard.
