We study our karate in an ancient Okinawan self defensive style named Gōjū-ryū, using methods such as Kata, Meditation and Combat. Set up your own training schedule, or follow our default schedule, you can even just visit the dojo anytime to learn new things at any time, anyway Arakaki has a balance for everybody.
