C8 :|| Overwatch Sentinels [:Duties:] ::Overwatch Sentinels are a more obscure type of combine that operates in more complex environments on Earth. They are heavily reinforced shock units that are deployed in situations where abnormal threats are present. After the black mesa incident and the eight-hour war, lots of anomalous activity was occurring, these phenomena were believed to be unsealed portals left by black mesa incident. Once these small scattered portals were discovered by the combine, the Overwatch Sentinels were created and deployed to regions with these mysterious occurrences to "contain" them. The Overwatch Sentinels are equipped with advanced combine technology to reprimand these mysterious threats and to infiltrate rebel cells for crucial intelligence on these mysterious occurrences. ::
