Description
UNITED STATES ARMY ANOMALOUS CONTAINMENT OPERATIONS ENGINEERING COMMAND ENGCOM ENGCOM is the primary technical command of the USAACO, handling all breakages of technology and the operation of mechanical parts. ENGCOM has a presence site-wide due to their imperative task of ensuring that the internals of the site remain in proper working order. Without the Engineering Command, you would not have light, and you would've also probably blown up by now.
